These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Metafuse and govern our policies on payments, refunds, order changes, and worldwide shipping.

Payment, Shipping & Refund Terms

 

Payment Processing :

Metafuse accepts payments via PayPal.

By completing checkout, you agree to PayPal’s payment processing terms and any additional verification required by PayPal or your financial institution.

Accepted payment methods (via PayPal) include:

• PayPal balance

• Credit & debit cards (no PayPal account required)

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

Metafuse products are manufactured and distributed in small batches.

After checkout:

• You will receive a payment confirmation

• We will contact you to confirm shipping details and final shipping cost (if not already agreed)

• Shipping is arranged only after payment (and shipping payment, where applicable) is completed

Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping :

We ship worldwide using Pos Indonesia for dispatch from our origin country. Pos Indonesia is known to work together with DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and other international couriers for last-mile delivery.

 

Shipping Fees :

• Shipping fees are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated

• Final shipping cost is quoted after checkout based on destination, carrier availability, and declared value

• Shipping must be paid before dispatch

Transit Times :

Depending on the service type agreed upon, transit times may vary between :

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, GST, and customs fees are not included in your purchase price.

• May be collected by DHL before delivery

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed.

Refund Policy

Because Metafuse products involve precision manufacturing and small-batch production, the following refund conditions apply.

 

Eligibility for Refunds :

Refunds may be granted if:

• The order has not entered production or packing

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or missing components

• The wrong product was delivered

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after shipping

• Failure to pay customs duties

• Misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modification

• Normal wear, user error, or incompatible setups

• Digital downloads, STL files, or open-source documentation

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

• Order reference

• Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Returns

If a return is approved:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to a defect or incorrect shipment

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Shipping Damage :

If your package arrives damaged:

• Document the condition immediately

• Send photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery

These materials are required for courier insurance claims.

Lost Packages :

If DHL confirms a shipment as lost:

• We will file a claim with the courier

• A replacement or refund will be offered after the investigation is concluded
