Terms and Conditions
For legal and to address concerns regarding shopping with Metafuse, these T&C are provided. They are ‘standard issues’ T&C, meaning we do not put them here to TL;DR you into a one-sided dispute. As a small team, our reputation is on top priority.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Metafuse and govern our policies on payments, refunds, order changes, and worldwide shipping.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Payment, Shipping & Refund Terms
Payment Processing :
Metafuse accepts payments via PayPal.
By completing checkout, you agree to PayPal’s payment processing terms and any additional verification required by PayPal or your financial institution.

Worldwide Shipping :
We ship worldwide using Pos Indonesia for dispatch from our origin country. Pos Indonesia is known to work together with DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and other international couriers for last-mile delivery.

Refund Policy
Because Metafuse products involve precision manufacturing and small-batch production, the following refund conditions apply.
Eligibility for Refunds :
Refunds may be granted if:

The order has not entered production or packing

The item arrives damaged, defective, or missing components

The wrong product was delivered
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind after shipping

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Returns
If a return is approved:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to a defect or incorrect shipment

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on PayPal and your financial institution.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
Shipping Damage :
If your package arrives damaged:

Document the condition immediately

Send photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery
These materials are required for courier insurance claims.
Lost Packages :
If DHL confirms a shipment as lost:

We will file a claim with the courier

A replacement or refund will be offered after the investigation is concluded
