IMPORTANT Usage Note

• MP-30 sticks only to polyolefins like PP/PE/HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE
• Mounting method is limited to clamping, no magnetic attachment yet
• Any MP-30 may arrive curved/warped. Secure, all-around clamps and 80c Bed temperature will flatten it
• Prints WILL leave marks and subsequently, erode the surface. Sanding (optional) and Re-Leveling is required after 8-10 prints and scrapes.
• MP-30 is a polymer composite. Without tricks, Inductive bed sensors DOES NOT WORK on it. Touch and mechanical probes works.
• The adhesion of PP to MP-30 is superior to tape, especially for large and warpy prints.
• MP-30 is formulated to fuse a little bit with the extrusion during printing and achieve separation by phase difference. Due to this, more effort is required to scrape prints off compared to the familiar ease of PLA popping off PEI plates.
• This build surface does not prevent warping happening anywhere  above the surface itself, only on the surface.
• LAST NOTE : MP-30 is, in the end, a consumable albeit a very long-lasting one.
